    By using a Privacy Society phone ("Device") or software services (“Services”) provided by Privacy Connection Inc, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms of Service ("Agreement").     1. Hardware Warranty:
      We provide a limited warranty on the hardware of the Device for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. There is no warranty on refurbished phones. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse, or any unauthorized alterations.     2. No Suitability Warranty: There is no warranty for the suitability or fitness for a particular purpose of the Device or Services. The Device or Services is provided on an "as-is" basis, and we make no guarantees regarding its suitability for your specific needs.
